We’ve all had bad bosses in the past – or possibly even present. We have all worked in a situation where we have hated our bosses. Those of you who are reading this and thinking to yourself "no I haven’t" you are wrong. Think harder – you’ve probably just blocked those sections of your life from your memory they were so bad. I know I did. I can’t remember what I did between the age of 18-21 and I’m sure that is all down to having a bad boss (nothing to do with the pub!).
Then we have probably (hopefully) all worked with a good boss too. Now they probably weren’t perfect, the nice ones are often either in need of a personality transplant or possibly just a decent nose job, but they were good bosses. They treated us fairly, they didn’t abuse their positions and they weren’t power hungry. I have a good boss.
